Cancellations

We kindly request that you contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or postpone.

If you cancel or postpone an appointment less than 24 hours before it is scheduled we reserve the right to request a 50% deposit before accepting any future appointments. A deposit placed for a future appointment will be forfeit if that appointment is cancelled or postponed less than 24 hours before it is scheduled - or if you do not attend.

We require a 50% deposit to secure any bookings of one hour or longer in duration.

Our appointment times are limited, especially on popular days, and this policy is needed to allow us to service all our valued clients.

Public Holidays

We do not add a surcharge on public holidays, however when we are open on a public holiday we reserve the right to request a 100% deposit on any appointments. This deposit is forfeit in the event of the appointment being cancelled or postponed less than 48 hours before it is scheduled, or if you do not attend.
