General Information

Common Contraindications

There are a number of conditions that can prevent us from performing a facial treatment including:

  • Cold Sores

  • Sunburn and Fake Tan

  • Pregnancy, Breastfeeding

  • Roaccutane

  • Photosensitive Medications / Antibiotics

If any of these apply to you please contact us on 03 5249 5747 to ensure that your treatment can be performed safely and avoid a last minute cancellation fee.

Spray Tans

To achieve the best spray tan result in the week leading up to your treatment exfoliate and moisturise the areas to be treated regularly.

Ensure any accompanying treatments and are performed no later than the day before before your tan, this includes:

  • Hair Removal (including shaving and waxing)

  • Manicures

  • Pedicures

  • Facials

  • Brows

On the day of your appointment wear lose fitting clothes and footwear and ensure your skin is free from any products including:

  • Moisturiser

  • Deodorant

  • Fake Tan

Policies

Bookings, Deposits and cancellations

Our appointment times are limited, especially on popular days. In order to serve all our valued clients, we require you to supply your credit or debit card details when making a booking to secure your appointment. All card details are securely stored in Timely using the same security standards that banks use when taking your payments online and once saved no-one is able to view your card details.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must reply to the automatic confirmation SMS message or advise us over the phone at least 24 hours before your appointment is scheduled. Our phone number for cancellations is (03) 5249 5747. Cancellations are not accepted via social media.

Same-day cancellations or missing your appointment will result in a fee equal to 50% of the booking being charged to your saved card. If your booking is for a pre-paid discounted package a same-day cancellation will result in the packaged treatment being redeemed. During the month of December and on public holidays the cancellation fee is increased to 100%.

Outstanding Cancellation Fees

In the event that you have outstanding fees from last minute cancellations we reserve the right to refuse bookings until payment is made.

Public Holidays

We do not add a surcharge on public holidays, however, when we are open on a public holiday we reserve the right to request a 100% deposit on any appointments. This deposit is forfeited in the event of the appointment being cancelled or postponed less than 48 hours before it is scheduled, or if you do not attend.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Enhance Skin Body Beauty is not responsible for lost / stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost / stolen. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift vouchers are not valid with any other offer and / or special at Enhance Skin Body Beauty. Gift vouchers must be used by nominated individual on the voucher and can be spent across multiple transactions and continue to be used until the balance reaches zero.

Gift vouchers are not redeemable for injectables and treatments provided by Injectables by Sharona.

Purchases and Payments

All products must be paid for in full before they are taken from our premises, and until payment is made in full all products remain the property of Enhance Skin Body Beauty.
