IPL works by transmitting heat from the IPL light through to the concern areas. IPL affects dark pigmentation drawing the discolouration to the surface of the skin allowing the dermis to begin the healing process of correcting the blemishes.

The first step of your IPL Pigment Removal journey is a Consultation and Patch Test. Your therapist will review the treatment area, discuss the outcomes you are after, explain the process and perform a patch test so that you are ready for subsequent IPL Pigment Removal treatments.

Please ensure you do not have any unprotected sun exposure or tan application to the treated area for two weeks before your appointment. If this is not possible we cannot perform the treatment and no refunds will be offered.

Please Note: For best results 2 to 4 treatments are required 3 to 5 weeks apart
